PSA Nitrogen Generator
On-Site Nitrogen Generation with PSA Technology
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generators produce nitrogen directly from compressed air using carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as the adsorbent. The process selectively adsorbs oxygen while allowing nitrogen to pass through, with alternating adsorption and regeneration cycles providing a continuous supply of nitrogen. Depending on the application, systems can be configured for a broad range of nitrogen purity and flow requirements, with supplier specifications covering approximately 95% to 99.9995% purity and capacities from small installations to high-volume industrial systems.

Reliable Nitrogen for Industrial Applications
On-site nitrogen generation can provide a practical alternative to relying entirely on cylinders or bulk liquid nitrogen where a continuous supply is required. Nitrogen is used to create inert atmospheres, reduce oxidation and protect sensitive processes in applications such as chemical processing, oil & gas, metal heat treatment, laser cutting, electronics, food packaging and pharmaceutical production. Davies Muller can support the technical evaluation and selection of nitrogen-generation systems according to required purity, capacity, pressure, operating conditions and application.
Decanter Centrifuge
Continuous Solid-Liquid Separation

Efficient Separation for Demanding Industrial Processes
Decanter centrifuges are widely used where continuous and efficient solid-liquid separation is required. Typical applications include mineral slurry and tailings treatment, sludge dewatering, wastewater treatment, chemical processing, food and pharmaceutical production and other industrial separation processes. In mining applications, for example, decanters can support concentrate and tailings dewatering while enabling recovery and reuse of process water. Davies Muller can assist customers in evaluating the appropriate centrifuge configuration according to feed characteristics, solids concentration, required throughput and separation objectives.
